Terms and Conditions for Bin 2 Go

Please read through before purchasing a bin for hire

1. Definitions

• Company: Refers to Bin 2 Go.

• Customer: The individual or business hiring a skip bin from the Company.

• Skip Bin: The waste container provided by the Company for temporary use.

• Site: The location where the skip bin is delivered and collected.

• Waste: Any materials placed in the skip bin by the Customer.

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.

• Payment must be made prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed.

• Additional charges apply for overfilled bins, overweight bins, extended hire periods, and prohibited waste disposal.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Delivery and Placement

• The Company will deliver the skip bin to the agreed location as scheduled.

• The Customer must ensure a clear and accessible area for delivery.

• If access is obstructed or unsafe, the Company may refuse delivery, and additional fees may apply.

• Placement of the skip bin on public property may require a permit, which the Customer must obtain unless otherwise arranged.

5. Bin Usage and Prohibited Items

• The Customer must not overload the bin beyond the rim or weight limit.

• Prohibited waste includes but is not limited to:

◦ Hazardous materials (asbestos, chemicals, paint, batteries, medical waste)

◦ Flammable substances (gas cylinders, fuel, explosives)

◦ Liquids (oil, wet concrete, sewage)

◦ Tyres, mattresses (unless pre-approved and subject to additional fees)

• The Customer is responsible for ensuring only allowable waste is placed in the skip bin.

6. Collection and Removal

• The Company will collect the bin on the agreed date or when notified by the Customer.

• If the bin is not ready for collection, additional rental fees may apply.

• The Company reserves the right to refuse collection if the bin contains prohibited waste.

• Unapproved waste found in the bin may result in extra disposal charges or fines.

7. Liability and Responsibility

• The Company is not liable for damage to property caused during delivery or collection unless due to negligence.

• The Customer is responsible for any damage to the skip bin during the hire period.

• The Customer indemnifies the Company against any claims, damages, or fines arising from improper use of the skip bin.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before delivery may be eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may incur a cancellation fee.

• Refunds are not provided for unused hire periods.

9. Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for delays or inability to provide services due to unforeseen events such as weather conditions, accidents, strikes, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes shall be settled in accordance with local regulations.
